I understand I shall be charged by the day and not by the night during my dog stay.
I also understand that if I shorten my dogs stay, I shall still be charged for the duration in which originally this was booked. If I cancel my dogs stay 7 days pirior to my dogs booking I understand I shall be charged at 50% of the total cost, also ALL deposits paid are non-refundable. These are paid when a booking is made to secure the booked kennel space.
Please be aware we shall be taking a non refundable 50 % deposit in all educational holidays which includes easter summer and Christmas. At low season a 25% deposit shall be taken
Furthermore, I give consent for veterinary care to be obtained for my dog, if Snipegate deems appropriate and I will cover the cost of the service, this may include a call out charge, if concerns are raised for your dog. Snipegate team have basic First Aid training for dogs but are not veterinary nurses.
Owners must supply food for their dogs, in the event of not providing food, Snipegate will charge £4.50 per dog per day
We reserve the right to refuse dogs if they are not suitable for kennel life.
Vaccination
All dogs must be vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis & Kennel Cough
